**About the Role**
As a General Laborer at Swanson Built, you'll assist in every stage of home renovation—from demolition and cleanup to material handling and site prep. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience in high-end remodeling projects across the Reno‑Tahoe region.

**What You'll Do**
- Support skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) on-site
- Load/unload materials and tools, maintain a clean and safe jobsite
- Perform demolition, structure support, and site prep/cleanup
- Assist with setup of scaffolding, barriers, and protective equipment
