Construction Recruitment Consultant | Mission Critical | Industrial | Commercial

Join a nationally recognized general contractor with a growing presence on the West Coast, delivering complex industrial, data, and advanced manufacturing facilities. Based in Sacramento, this is a high-impact opportunity for a Project Manager ready to take full ownership of technical builds from precon through closeout.

You'll lead high-value, fast-track projects across the Central Valley and Northern California, working alongside experienced field leadership, trade partners, and engineering consultants. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full lifecycle delivery of ground-up industrial and mission-critical projects ranging from $10M to $100M+
• Lead internal and external project meetings, ensuring alignment across clients, engineers, field leadership, and trade partners
• Oversee budgeting, schedule performance, procurement strategy, and change management
• Drive execution of MEP scopes, systems integration, and commissioning processes
• Ensure jobsite safety, quality control, and client satisfaction at every phase

Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of experience in construction, with recent focus on industrial, data center, or large MEP-heavy projects
• Proven ability to manage complex budgets, CPM schedules, and subcontractor performance
• Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems, concrete, steel, and structural coordination
• Proficient in Procore, P6/MS Project, and standard PM tools
• Based in Sacramento or willing to relocate for long-term opportunity
