Ulteig is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Sr. Protection Engineer (Hydro & Pumping) working in the Automation, Integration, and System Protection (AISP) Department in the greater Sacramento, CA area. The Sr. Protection Engineer (Hydro & Pumping) acts as a technical leader and is responsible for design, development, and commissioning activities for protective relay replacement projects. Plans, schedules, conducts, and/or coordinates detailed phases of assigned project work. This position will require travel throughout the state of California primarily working in substations and hydroelectric facilities.
