Summary
The Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) is a key member of the executive team, charged with leading HR transformation to support the continued growth and innovation of the health system. The CHRO plays a pivotal role in advancing TFHS's mission and values through a people-first approach to organizational development, labor relations, and strategic workforce planning. This leader will oversee all facets of human resources and serve as the system's voice for employee experience, culture, and engagement.

Supervisory Responsibilities
Carries out supervisory responsibility in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, training, assigning, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; administering scheduling systems; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; enforcing policies and procedures.
Minimum Education/Experience
Bachelor's Degree Human Resources, Organizational Development, or or related field. or 10 years + relevant experience
Required Licenses/Certifications
Professional in Human Resources, PHR or SPHR
