  • Leadership: Experience supervising staff, subcontractors, and timelines across multiple concurrent projects
  • Work Style: Organized, self-directed, confident communicator, and reliable under pressure
  • Location: Must live in Northern Nevada or be willing to relocate upon hire

What Makes This Role Different

  • Trusted Expertise: Join a team that values technical skill and proactive solutions
  • Balanced Culture: We offer true flexibility - whether you're heading to a dentist appointment or taking time for a personal commitment, we trust you to manage your time. While we don't micromanage your hours, we do value general availability during standard business hours (8–5) to support collaboration, meetings, and team responsiveness.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: TBD based on experience
  • Health: Company-paid medical, dental, and vision
  • 401(k): With 4% employer contribution
