About this Role

Responsibilities

  • Lead customer work delivery through modeling, presentations, and report writing.
  • Conduct independent research to devise feasible solutions with incomplete information.
  • Present findings to customers and address inquiries proficiently.
  • Guide and manage existing tools and implement major toolkit revisions.
  • Lead proposal writing for small to medium-sized projects.
  • Track actual performance of projects and manage communication with the team.
  • Capture project learnings and repeatable products according to knowledge management processes.
  • Assist with internal initiatives as required.

Requirements

  • Master's degree or PhD in engineering, economics, computer science, public policy, or a related field.
  • 4-8 years of experience in the energy sector, particularly the electric power area.
  • Extensive project management experience and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of quantitative modeling and programming preferred.
  • Experience with electricity modeling platforms such as AURORA, PLEXOS, or LEAP.
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for transitioning to a low-carbon economy.
