Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior AI Technology & Software Engineer to lead the development and integration of AI solutions into our SaaS products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize AI features that add value for our customers. This role requires a deep understanding of AI technologies, software engineering best practices, and experience in SaaS environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of AI-powered features for our SaaS applications.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define technical requirements and solutions.
• Implement and optimize AI models, including prompt engineering, RAG architectures, and agentic frameworks.
• Ensure security, performance, and scalability of AI features.
• Maintain documentation and participate in code reviews.
• Stay updated with the latest AI trends and incorporate them into our products.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in SaaS application development and software engineering.
• Hands-on experience embedding AI into SaaS applications, with knowledge of prompt engineering and AI architectures.
• Proficiency in PHP, Python, Docker, REST APIs, SQL, Elasticsearch, and related technologies.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
