Room Attendant

The Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas in accordance with Hyatt's standards of cleanliness. This role requires a strong attention to detail, a positive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and reset guest rooms according to established standards.
• Replace guest amenities and supplies in rooms.
• Make beds, dust furniture, vacuum carpets, clean bathrooms, and remove trash.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure their satisfaction.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Maintain positive working relationships with other colleagues and departments.

Qualifications:

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull moderate weight and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Must be able to work independently and efficiently.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
