Assist in maintaining all aspects of the sales department of the Dealership including all parts and trailer sales. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Answer sales calls Assist customers visiting Dealership Quote trailers for customers Prepare sales paperwork and deliver to office administration daily for invoicing Coordinate, organize and maintain the display and merchandising of the sales yard Coordinate, organize and properly display Parts Department Assist in maintaining the general organization of the front office to create a friendly and professional appearance Proper handling of cash transactions and reporting to office administration and adhering to all policies and procedures referring to handling of cash and bank deposits. Position requires reliable transportation. Mileage is reimbursed at the companys current rate.
