Note: This position is seasonal and based at Palisades Tahoe Resort in Olympic Valley, CA.

Join the Palisades Tahoe team during our exciting winter season! We are welcoming cooks of all experience levels to contribute to our on-mountain and base area restaurants. As part of our culinary team, you will be essential in preparing a diverse array of food items while ensuring cleanliness and adherence to our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prep Cook duties include washing, cleaning, and preparing a variety of food items while following food safety protocols.
• Entry Line Cooks will grill, fry, and prepare menu items efficiently and to high quality standards.
• Experienced Line Cooks will manage kitchen flow and ensure consistent quality by guiding and training other kitchen staff.
