Fit guests with ski or snowboard boots, bindings, and equipment based on ability and size. Adjust, test, and maintain rental gear to ensure safety and functionality. Assist guests with returns, exchanges, and troubleshooting. Educate guests on proper use of equipment and basic safety. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient rental area. Provide friendly and professional customer service. Work closely with other departments like ticketing, ski school, and lift ops. Keep a positive attitude, even during peak weekends and holidays. Work Environment & Schedule:Indoor/outdoor environment with high guest traffic. Fast-paced settingespecially on weekends and powder days. Early morning, weekend, and holiday shifts are expected. Must be able to stand, bend, and lift (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods. Willingness to learn rental software and safety standards.
