Job Details

Maintain, service and repair all models of commercial laundry equipment including but not limited to washers, driers, ironers, boilers, extractors, presses, stackers and other machinery used. - Train, mentor and assist in the growth of the maintenance team while delegating tasks and holding accountable. - Establish and maintain and effective preventative maintenance schedule for equipment. - Respond to all equipment breakdowns in a timely manner, including OT when necessary. - Inform management sta? of problems requiring maintenance and report any equipment de?ciencies. - Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical and plumbing issues. - Rebuild pumps, valves, regulators as needed. - Read and interpret technical operation and repair manuals. - Ensure that all safety procedures are followed to include, but not limited to; lock-out-tag-out procedures, hot work permits, ?re watch, etc. Learn, understand and apply all codes including, but not limited to; building, ?re and health department. - Resp...Lead, Laundry, Engineer, Operations, Business Services, Equipment, Maintenance
