Salary Range: $75,000 - $81,000 + bonus eligible

This is an exempt position paid on a salaried basis in accordance with state and federal law. Driving is required; screening will be conducted.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 4 years' experience in engineering and maintenance or related field; technical training in HVAC-R, electrical, or plumbing.
• OR 2-year degree in Building and Construction, Engineering, Mechanics, or related; 2 years' experience; technical training in HVAC-R, electrical, or plumbing.

Core Responsibilities

• Supervise repair work orders, ensure policies are followed, plan and evaluate maintenance programs.
• Manage physical plant including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and safety systems.
• Communicate effectively with staff, manage equipment and supplies, ensure safety and quality standards.
• Provide emergency services, repair equipment, and maintain logs.
• Lead human resources activities including hiring, training, and performance management.
