Compulink is a leading provider of medical practice and electronic health records software for medical practices throughout the US and internationally. We are looking for a qualified sales manager.
Responsibilities:
The position of Sales Manager is responsible for the sales of the Compulink products, as well as recruiting and managing the sales account managers to help them achieve their sales revenue targets. Additional responsibilities include recommendations for strategic marketing campaigns and events, the support of those campaigns and events, monitoring sales performance, analyzing data and identifying opportunities for improvement. This position reports directly to the COO.
·Core responsibility is working with the COO to effectively manage the specialty products for significant growth of new sales with defined markets and prospects.
·Preparing sales projections, budgets and approving expenditures.
·Work in collaboration with the marketing team to identify and recommend strategic marketing events to create lead generation for sales. Support those events by personal attendance, providing staffing resources, and oversight at the events themselves, such as tradeshows and client education events.
·Identification and cultivation of key opinion leaders who will endorse Compulink products and provide expertise in product development.
·Recruitment, selection, training and management of sales account manager team to support appropriate markets. On-going coaching and training to ensure that the sales account managers are efficiently and effectively progressing leads which result in business closure.
·Ensure the documentation of all sales activities and the appropriateness of all internal and external sales communications.
·Review performance data related to the specialty markets and identify opportunities for improvement which are supported by the development and implementation of resolutions.
·Work collaboratively with other personnel to facilitate the highest possible efficiency and positive culture attainable.
·Manage and review reports for individual sale account managers to maximize sales activities and closings.
·Actively participate in the closing of deals.
·Personal sales responsibility of the international market for specialty sales.
·Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service.
·Conducting webinars for specialty products as necessary.

·Ability to close sales and negotiate closure while complying with corporate guidelines and policies
Qualifications:
· Minimum of 10 years healthcare software solutions experience
· Minimum of 10 years national sales experience
· Minimum of 4 years sales management experience
· Experience using CRM, preferably experience with Hubspot, to manage the sales process and forecast sales.
