Job Details

Provide proper and professional cocktail service to all customers in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner resulting in guest satisfaction. All duties are to ensure the hotels beverage department employees and guests receive a quality product and good service. Promote and document orders for drinks, reciting selections of all call, and premium brands as requested, pass on order to Bartender, properly garnish and deliver to customer in a timely manner. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of guest areas and equipment at all times including: removing empty glasses/bottles, cleaning ashtrays, emptying garbage, sweeping/mopping floors, scrubbing/sanitizing equipment, etc. Maintain proper and adequate set-up of bar on a daily basis, before, after and during shift. Listen and respond to guest inquiries using a positive, clear speaking voice. Interact with co-workers and customers in a professional and polite manner.
