Job Details

Responsible for the movement of finished & raw materials in the distribution center, handling various items including small items, heavy items, and hazardous materials. Handles small and large items manually. Unloads inbound deliveries of materials and supplies arriving daily via various modes such as FLT, LTC, UPS and FedEx. Performs visual inspection of each item prior to receiving to verify receipt of the correct product and any potential shipping damage. Confirms piece counts match quantities listed on bill of lading, distinguishing unit of measure for item. Unloads and puts away inbound deliveries of raw materials and supplies. Moves materials to next appropriate station (inspection, packaging, storage racks and outbound. Picks items/product in multiple modules including: static bins, carousels, flow rack. Pulls branch replenishment orders for distribution centers. Prepares product for shipment, packing orders into various size boxes.
