Renown Health s Employee Giving program celebrates employees and acknowledges the critical role they play in impacting our community not only through their dedicated service, but through their investments in our community s health and healthcare. Under the leadership of the Director of Community Development for the Foundation, the Development Specialist will take the lead in growing a robust workplace giving program. This position is responsible for the program s daily operations, including to identify, solicit and secure new employee giving opportunities, strategic planning, project management and coordination to meet fundraising goals for the Foundation. This position will also be responsible for the management of employee giving relationships and acts as a main link between these partnerships and the Foundation/ Renown Health. This position also represents Renown Health and Renown Health Foundation in the community.
