Wage Range that the Company expects to pay for a qualified candidate:
Minimum of $ 128,200 salary per year
Maximum of $ 176,200 salary per year
In addition, all employees will be eligible to participate in an incentive plan.

Job Description
In your new role you will:
- Develop strategy, new product roadmap, and initial marketing plans for galvanic isolated interfaces and sensing
- Financially responsible for return-on-investment scenarios and sustainable business cases for profitable growth
- Work with R&D teams for development of new products, new packages, new innovation, and new technologies
- Develop, maintain and expand relationships with key customers in the following markets and applications: power for AI & datacenter, drives, renewables, EV charging, robotics, ESS, UPS, and industrial automation
- Monitor competitive activity and identify customer needs for new product development strategies
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor or Masters's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline and 5+ years in semiconductor IC and/or power management field
- Experience with galvanic isolated high-voltage digital isolators, ADCs, opa mps, solid state relays and the various markets they play in
- Knowledge of power switches including IGBTs and MOSFETs for Si, GaN and SiC
- The capability to understand key customer requirements – both technical and commercial needs
- Highly developed interpersonal skills to work with different cultures, departments, and divisions
- Demonstrate a high level of leadership by promoting values that drive behaviors that create a culture of collaboration, teamwork, transparency and a passion for success
- Willingness to travel occasionally
- Ability to speak German is a plus
