Deal assigned games and control pace of game. Adhere to game protection and Grand Sierra Resort & Casino dealing procedures. Handle all bets on assigned games. Recover customer losses and pay winners with Casino gaming chips. Mentally perform mathematical operations quickly and accurately while game is in progress. Deal cards and/or gaming chips to customers at various points around the table, reach for and collect bets and cards during game or at end of hand. Protect assigned game, while providing good customer service. Read, speak and understand the English language in order to communicate with guests and fellow employees. Interact with co-workers and customers in a professional and polite manner. Monitor and maintain the integrity of the game.
