You will report to a Resort Sponsor and dotted-line report to the Work Force management team. You will leverage your analytical mindset and resort operations experience to create actionable data driven insights regarding employee-related scheduling and time & attendance data to optimize labor margins and the employee value proposition. You will be expected to identify, investigate, communicate findings and propose effective solutions, and drive implementation of changes with a variety of operational leaders providing the right balance between structure/consistency and autonomy/flexibility.
