This Housekeeping opportunity is full time, offers full benefits and a convenient schedule. We are looking for a dynamic individual to clean all areas of the hospital according to policies and procedures. Also participates in performance improvement activities.

Job Duties:

  • Performs all assigned tasks in a professional manner in order to reflect the highest integrity of the environmental services department.
  • Performs routine cleaning of patient rooms, nursing units, offices, clinical areas, waiting areas, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators and stairways in a clean, neat and sanitary manner.
  • Completes work assignments in a timely manner.
  • Utilizes the appropriate chemicals and supplies according to procedure.
  • Follows all infection control practices including hand hygiene techniques, standard precautions and isolation precautions.

Qualifications:

One to three (1-3) years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous hospital experience preferred but not required.
