The Managing Director, Salesforce Practice – Americas will lead and scale Forsys' Salesforce consulting business across the Americas, with full P&L accountability. Reporting to the Global Practice Head (Sr. Managing Director for Salesforce), this role demands a visionary leader with a proven track record in business growth, operational excellence, strategic alliances, and enterprise client engagement. The MD will define the regional market strategy, expand Forsys' Salesforce footprint, and deliver innovative, high-impact solutions aligned with the company's global vision.
Strategic Leadership – Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for the Salesforce Practice in the Americas, ensuring alignment with Forsys' global Salesforce and corporate strategy.
P&L Ownership – Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial governance, and KPI performance to ensure profitability, growth, and optimal resource utilization.
Salesforce Alliance Management – Build and strengthen executive-level relationships with Salesforce Product Strategy, GTM, and Sales leadership; participate in product advisory boards; and drive joint go-to-market initiatives and pipeline growth.
Business Development – Lead new client acquisition and expansion within existing accounts. Shape engagement models, design market penetration strategies, and deliver on revenue growth objectives.
Practice Growth & Innovation – Identify emerging service opportunities, explore vertical-specific offerings, and develop strategic partnerships. Champion innovation and thought leadership to maintain competitive advantage.
Risk & Compliance Oversight – Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and internal policies. Anticipate risks and implement mitigation measures.
Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with Marketing, Alliances, Sales, Solutions, Delivery, HR, and Finance to execute campaigns, optimize partner tiers, align solution roadmaps, ensure delivery excellence, and cultivate high-performing teams.
Specifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree strongly preferred.
Experience: 10–15 years in the Salesforce ecosystem with deep expertise in Salesforce core products (CRM, Revenue Cloud, Industry Clouds, Experience Cloud, PRM, Agentforce, and Data Cloud).
Skills: Proven success in P&L ownership and business growth; strong Salesforce solution and implementation expertise; exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and decision-making skills; outstanding client relationship management; and excellence in business development and executive communications.
