Our Distribution Centers are currently seeking Full-time associates for various roles to support day, night, and weekend shifts. PetSmart offers the flexibility of four 10-hour weekday shifts or three 12-hour weekend shifts. Shifts may vary by location and could include shift differential pay. Here's an example of the morning shift schedule:

Morning Shift: Monday - Thursday from 5 AM - 3:30 PM

Afternoon/Night Shift: Monday - Thursday 4 PM - 2:30 AM

Weekend Shift: Friday - Sunday from 5 AM - 5:30 PM

Your Impact

As a Warehouse Associate, you will join a dynamic team and have the opportunity to take on various roles within our warehouse:

• Picker & Packer: Retrieve store-specific products and package them for shipment.
• Stocker & Cherry Picker: Organize and place picked products into specific storage modules.
• Receiver & Unloader: Scan and inventory products upon unloading trailers and organize mixed pallets.
• Loader: Ensure accurate loading of trailers to optimize space and efficiency.

What We Seek

• Love for pets and people coupled with a desire for career growth.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and respond to standard requests.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform various physical tasks.
• Comfortable with standing, walking, or sitting throughout shifts lasting 10-12 hours.
• Willing to operate industrial equipment with proper training and safety standards.
• Ready to work in varying temperatures and noise levels.
