Position Summary

The Director of Ecommerce Operations will lead the charge in revolutionizing Product Detail Page (PDP) innovations, including generative AI (genAI) initiatives to optimize PDP operations, user-generated content strategies, immersive visual experiences, and content excellence. This role demands a strategic visionary with profound expertise in ecommerce operations, a fervor for innovation, and the capability to foster cross-functional collaboration.

What you'll do

• Spearhead the PDP innovations team to devise and execute strategies that elevate the digital member experience and enhance associate operation experiences.
• Oversee genAI initiatives to streamline PDP operations, ensuring processes are efficient and effective.
• Drive user-generated content initiatives to bolster customer engagement and trust.
• Implement and manage immersive visual experiences to create captivating and interactive shopping experiences that drive engagement and sales.
• Uphold content excellence by maintaining high standards for PDP content quality, accuracy, and relevance.
• Collaborate with Product Management, engineers, and internal and external business partners to align PDP strategies with overarching business goals.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of PDP initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continually enhance PDP operations and customer experience.
• Lead a team to manage the PDP enhancements roadmap, ensuring initiatives align with overall business objectives. Facilitate experience discovery, oversee user acceptance testing, and implement new experiences into production.

Minimum Qualifications

• Option 1: Bachelor's degree in business management, information technology, computer science, or related area and 5 years' experience in eCommerce merchandising, site operations, business management, or related area. Option 2: 7 years' experience in eCommerce merchandising, site operations, business management, or related area.
• 2 years' supervisory experience.

Salary ranges: San Bruno, California: $143,000 - $286,000; Bentonville, Arkansas: $110,000 - $220,000. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
