Senior Manager, Global Servicing

The Senior Manager, Global Servicing is a key relationship manager and strategic partner to Anywhere Brands global Client Groups (master franchisors and direct franchises). This role drives global growth, strengthens referral pipelines, and enhances the client experience through streamlined operations, strategic collaboration, and brand-aligned service. The Senior Manager supports initiatives that connect our global network, enhance agent education, and promote cross-border collaboration. This person will be expected to keep a pulse on global real estate trends to support business planning. This role is 100% remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact for global Client Groups, build trusted relationships, and act as the liaison between Client Groups, brand leadership, and internal service teams. Support onboarding for new members including technical issues.
  • Global Strategy & Value Proposition Development: Support the development and delivery of a consistent, impactful Anywhere Value Proposition across all international markets and models. Surface insights, identify opportunities, and shape strategies to drive global growth and brand loyalty.
  • Referral Ecosystem Support & Expansion: Lead referral-related education and adoption of the Global Referral Network. Partner with Immobel to expand platform participation, increase awareness, and enhance agent experience. Oversee referral marketing efforts in collaboration with the brand marketing teams and coordinate training with Solutions Hub teams.
  • Global Agent Education & Resources: Develop and maintain tools that support cross-border transactions, ensure agents are equipped to educate customers about buying and selling real estate internationally, including cultural, legal, and financial nuances.
  • Program & Event Execution: Plan and execute monthly programming such as Masterminds, SME calls, and Client Group meetings. Manage event content, promotion, logistics, and follow-up for both virtual and in-person formats.
  • Operational Leadership: Support the creation of a Global Center of Excellence (GCOE) model for consistent service standards. Monitor KPIs and service delivery benchmarks that ensure operational effectiveness and client satisfaction. Collect and analyze data from global affiliates.
  • Legal, IP & Financial Coordination: Collaborate with internal partners on legal agreements, royalty reporting, and compliance requirements. Support the drafting of legal documents and manage document execution process.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Experience: Proven experience leading corporate strategy, programs, or processes at the brand or enterprise level, preferably within a multi-unit or franchise organization.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to interact and work closely with a team in a virtual environment and with a focus on cross-team collaboration.
  • Cultural Competence: Ability to work effectively with diverse personality styles and backgrounds.
  • Autonomous Mindset: Possess a proactive, can-do attitude.
  • Meeting Facilitation: Demonstrated ability to facilitate meetings, both live and virtually.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Tech savvy with proficiency in O365 (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Canva, and Trello experience preferred.
  • Attention to Detail: Extremely organized, detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and able to prioritize multiple tasks (no task too small).
  • Deliverables and Deadlines: Demonstrated ability to meet deliverables and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language Skills: Multi-lingual candidates preferred.
