An international law firm spanning across the US/Europe/Asia is looking for a Salesforce QA Support resource to join their CRM team. This role will primarily focus on testing Salesforce to ensure deployments we the right way, the code is accurate and that their new RPA tools is functioning correctly for testing. The firm is in the Top 50 largest law firms in the world; they focus on corporate, litigation, intellectual property, fund formation, public markets, employment, life sciences (#1 law firm for tech and life sciences IPOs), clean technology, real estate, financial services, retail, regulatory and energy practices.
The analyst will support QA testing of Salesforce, ensuring deployments were accurate, leveraging Azure Devops to make sure all user stories are updated and correct criteria is there, then reporting back to development.
Responsibilities:
$26/hr to $45/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment. Additionally, employees in this role will have access to paid sick leave and other paid time off benefits as required under the applicable law of the worksite location.
