Summary role develops and oversees Property and Casualty programs via a delegated underwriting authority model. Responsible for business growth, underwriting, profitability, and program relationship and performance management. Responsibilities also include leading coordination of key internal and external stakeholders in their support of each program to ensure underwriting, reinsurance, claims, audit, and compliance objectives are met in a best-in-class manner.

Relevant combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree. Bachelor's degree in insurance, business or a related field is required. MBA designation and advanced insurance certification preferred. Minimum seven years of progressive multi-faceted experience with U.S. P&C products evaluating and planning strategies to solve management and business problems, including developing operational and strategic plans. Five years of progressively increasing leadership responsibilities including responsibilities for profit and growth. Entrepreneur experience a plus. Certification or progress toward certification is highly preferred and encouraged. Continuous learning, as defined by the Company's learning philosophy, is required.

Work is performed remote in a virtual home office with minimal hazards. Occasional travel to physical for team meetings, industry events or corporate functions.
Pay Range - Actual compensation decision relies on the consideration of internal equity, candidate's skills and professional experience, geographic location, market, and other potential factors. It is not standard practice for an offer to be at or near the top of the range, and therefore a reasonable estimate for this role is between $101,420 and $169,900.
