We are seeking a Level 2 Field Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for a technically skilled and customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to providing high-quality IT support. You will work directly with clients on-site, managing installations, troubleshooting, and ongoing technical support, while also collaborating with Bit By Bit's broader technical team. This is a full-time, temporary position based in New York City, with field work required around the NYC Metro area. There's a strong possibility of this position being converted into permanent.
