We're looking for a Content Manager who has already proven they can grow on social - not just post content but actually build audiences and engagement. The right candidate will either be a UGC creator (great at short-form, trends, and keeping content authentic), a cinematographer (produces polished, high-end content), or ideally both. They must have full end-to-end ownership experience - scripting, filming, editing, and posting - and a track record of measurable results on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook. Above all, they should be hungry, independent, and ready to help build something special
QUALIFICATIONS: Core Experience:
At least 1-3 years of content creation experience
Proven social media growth track record:
8-12 months of consistent, high engagement posting
Platforms: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn
Full content ownership required: must have scripted, filmed, edited, and posted content themselves - end-to-end A-Z ownership. Candidates must show accounts they managed and demonstrate measurable success (engagement metrics, audience growth, campaign impact)

Two candidate types we're open to:
UGC Creator - Plays the social media game well. Specializes in reels/shorts, walk-and-talks, talking head monologues, and event coverage. Knows how to create content that performs on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
Cinematographer - Everything they shoot looks like a high-end commercial or Netflix-level production. Strong eye for lighting, framing, and polished, cinematic content
Ideal fit: Someone who can do both - understands the fast, authentic style of UGC while also being able to produce polished, cinematic-level content
Production Knowledge:
Experience both in-studio and in-field (without controlled lighting)
Comfortable with scripting, shooting, editing, and posting
Optional Plus: Willingness to be on-camera/personality
Traits & Persona:
Boots on the ground type: creative but organized and efficient
Independent & Driven Collaborator - Works well with a team but thrives when taking full ownership from idea to execution. Ambitious, competitive, and sees this role as an opportunity to grow fast and help build something special, not just clock in for a job
Adaptive & Trend-Savvy - Stays on top of social media trends, algorithms, and what's currently performing. Adjusts content accordingly

Background in real estate, mortgage, or real estate investing is a significant plus
