Lead and delegate set-up and take-down tasks in meeting areas and learning zones, including teaching tools and animations. Deliver excellent guest service through clear communication, friendly demeanor, and professional conduct. Oversee Adult Group and Private Lesson operations. Maintain efficient lesson check-in at the Adults Lesson Check-in Area. Assist instructors with challenging groups or lesson splits. Communicate start/end times to ensure smooth transitions and timely parent check-outs from kids lessons. Assign and record instructor tasks daily. Support and guide instructors in delivering high-quality lessons and guest service. Effectively communicate and coordinate execution of company initiatives with instructors and teams. Motivate team members, plan and execute team-building events, and maintain high employee morale throughout the season. Know when and how to delegate responsibilities effectively.
