Association or resort operations management preferred; or equivalent combination of post-secondary education and 2 years experience. CCAM or CMCA preferred; must obtain within 2 years (company-paid). Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills. Professional appearance and conduct. Proficiency with computers, printers, copiers, fax machines, phones, and office equipment. Familiarity with IQ Ware Software preferred. Strong organizational and task prioritization skills. Ability to work irregular hours when necessary. Frequent sitting, standing, walking, and coordination activities. Ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs. Good vision and hearing (corrective aids acceptable).
