Detailed Description: The Assistant Director of Marketing and Fan Experience plays a key role in enhancing the visibility, energy, and impact of USD Athletics through creative marketing strategies, campus engagement, and dynamic game-day presentation. Reporting to the Associate Athletic Director of External Affairs, this position helps lead efforts to grow attendance, generate excitement, and build brand affinity across USD's ticketed sports programs and beyond. The Assistant Director also supervises a team of student workers and interns and partners with various campus and community groups to elevate the fan experience and supports the coordination of the USD spirit squads.

The salary range provided in this posting reflects what we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Actual compensation offered or earned is dependent on experience, education and other factors including departmental budget.
