Holm Electric is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is motivated, organized, and eager to learn the ins and outs of warehouse operations while building a career with us.

As a Warehouse Associate, you'll help keep our operations running smoothly by managing materials, tools, and equipment that power residential, commercial, and technology projects. Responsibilities

• Receive, organize, and maintain inventory of electrical and low-voltage materials.
• Prepare and stage materials for project crews to ensure efficient jobsite operations.
• Track shipments, deliveries, and returns with accuracy.
• Assist with procurement tasks, including sourcing and ordering materials as needed.
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and well-organized.
• Maintain tools and equipment, checking items in and out to crews.
• Support project managers, technicians, and office staff with material needs.
• Learn and grow into advanced warehouse and logistics responsibilities.

Requirements

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn inventory systems and procurement processes.
• Ability to lift and move materials (50+ lbs) and operate warehouse equipment.
• Dependable, motivated, and proactive attitude.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
• Previous warehouse or material handling experience a plus, but not required.
