About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Defense Attorney with a strong background in bodily injury litigation to join our growing remote legal team. This is a fully remote position for attorneys licensed and residing in Florida, with the opportunity to handle a diverse caseload involving auto liability, premises liability, and general bodily injury claims.

Responsibilities

• Independently handle a full caseload of bodily injury defense matters from inception through trial or resolution.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
• Represent clients at depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials.
• Evaluate claims, prepare legal strategy reports, and advise insurance clients on legal risk and liability exposure.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active license in good standing with the Florida Bar.
• Minimum 5 years of experience handling bodily injury insurance defense matters.
• Strong litigation and negotiation skills, with trial experience preferred.

Salary and Benefits

The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 $190,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
