Job Summary: This position supports the design and execution of the company's value-based reimbursement strategy. This includes developing and maintaining our development lifecycle, managing operational processes and data for VBR strategic initiatives, and supporting the development and execution of key strategic initiatives for the organization. The incumbent will be responsible for a range of responsibilities including, but not limited to, elements of project management, problem-solving, data analytics, communication, and implementation. Assists in the development of strategy for initiatives and key partners, assists leadership in connecting Value-Based strategy to broader organizational strategy, and identifying new opportunities by providing insights and recommendations based on qualitative and quantitative research and analysis. The incumbent will be responsible for multiple projects including internal department-specific activities and cross-functional projects, as well as working with individuals external to the business and company.
Required: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare, Marketing, Finance, Economics or related field or relevant experience and/or education as determined by the company in lieu of bachelor's degree
Preferred: Master's Degree in Business Administration/Management, Health Administration or Public Health
Required: 3 years of experience in strategic planning, project management, process improvement, data analysis and reporting, and/or other relevant experience
Preferred: 5 years of experience in Health Care Industry

Strong quantitative ability with relevant experience
Strong project planning and time management
Excellent interpersonal skills, including collaborative work style, problem solving and conceptual thinking
