Nestled in the heart of the Sierra Nevada, Sugar Bowl Ski Resort seeks an exceptional Director of Village Services to be a guardian of our magical alpine experience. This role goes beyond traditional hospitality,it's an opportunity to create and preserve enchanting moments for our cherished homeowners and guestsin one of California's most iconic ski destinations.

As Director of Village Services, you'll be the chief experience creator of our tight-knit mountain community.Your mission is to ensure our homeowners never have to worry about anything except enjoying their incredible Sugar Bowl lifestyle. This role combines high-energy leadership, creative event planning, andmeticulous attention to detail to deliver seamless, magical experiences.

What you will do

  • Serve as the ultimate host for our homeowners, anticipating their needs and exceeding expectations
  • Create and execute extraordinary events that enhance the Sugar Bowl lifestyle
  • Train and develop our elite Concierge team and Stewards to deliver exceptional service
  • Manage and set budgets while driving business growth
  • Manage the day to day operation of the Village Services department
  • Ability to collaborate closely with other departments
  • Design and implement new, magical experiences that embody the Sugar Bowl spirit
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with homeowners and residents
  • Responding to homeowner requests in a courteous and timely manner.
  • Preserve and enhance the unique magic that makes Sugar Bowl special
  • Manage the Sporthaus
  • Manage Laker Mary
  • Transportation in and around village and to the resort
