Title: Patient Access and Strategy Supervisor
Location: Los Angels, CA

Compensation: $38 - $42 (Depending on years of experience)
Day to day
The Supervisor, Access & Strategy plays a critical role in supporting the design, coordination, and implementation of patient access initiatives across the health system. This role ensures that strategic spread efforts, including scheduling templates, decision trees, and access workflows — are consistently and effectively deployed across departments. Working under the guidance of the Manager, Access & Strategy, the supervisor partners with physicians, clinical leaders, operational managers, consultants, and technology teams to translate strategy into practice at the ground level. This includes coordinating rollout activities, troubleshooting implementation challenges, and ensuring that workflows are standardized and aligned with enterprise access goals. Unlike supervisors in day-to-day operations who primarily manage frontline scheduling and performance metrics, this position emphasizes supporting cross-functional change management efforts. The Supervisor, Access & Strategy monitors early adoption, facilitates provider and staff engagement, and provides training and communication to reinforce new processes. This role requires a professional who is detail-oriented, highly collaborative, and skilled at building trust with stakeholders across multiple specialties. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, balancing the need for operational precision with strategic alignment, and contributes directly to ensuring that access innovations are successfully spread and sustained across the health system.
