Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager at our Reno, NV location. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, leading staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Duties include managing inventory, scheduling staff, developing and implementing business strategies, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The General Manager will also work on budgeting, financial reporting, and driving sales growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management and leadership skills
• Proficiency in inventory management and scheduling
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement business strategies
• Budgeting and financial reporting experience
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Experience working for a B Corp or in a similar environment is a plus
