The Tubing Supervisor is responsible for managing daily tubing operations and activities in the absence of the Tubing Manager. The Tubing Supervisor is responsible for the in-season training and overall supervision of staff members in the absence of the Tubing Manager. This position coordinates with Mountain Operations to ensure grooming is maintained.

  • Minimum of two years customer and guest service experience
  • Supervising outdoor activities experience preferred
  • Ability to work outdoors in all temperature/weather extremes

What you will do

On-Hill Operations
  • Oversee active safety management
  • Train and supervise staff members
  • Oversee day to day tubing operations including but not limited to; opening and closing procedures, Parking, Tickets, Food & Beverage and Retail, Security and Patrol operations
  • Responsible for safety of all tubing employees
  • Responsible for securing releases of liability and safety of all customers
  • Review and oversee all daily logbooks

Lifts and Grooming
  • Coordinate with Mountain Ops on daily maintenance of lift(s) and tubing lanes
  • Maintain log of hours for lifts
  • Train staff on daily lift operations

Tubes
  • Maintain tube Inventory. Maintain proper inflation levels. Patch, repair or discard tubes as needed
  • Keep logs of condition of tubes. Send tubes back to vender for refurbishing as needed

Additional Responsibilities
  • Other job duties as assigned
  • Some snow removal as necessary
