Overview

Family Law Attorney role at a mid-sized family law firm expanding their practice. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years of Family Law experience and be licensed to practice law in Washington.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal services in family law matters, including the preparation and negotiation of agreements and litigation support as needed.
• Manage cases involving divorces, alimony/spousal support, child support and/or child custody, domestic violence, and real estate/property division.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience practicing Family Law
• Licensed to practice law in Washington
• Experience with finalizing divorces, alimony/spousal support, child support and/or child custody, domestic violence, and real estate (property division) is a MUST

Job Details

Salary: $120,000 - $170,000 per year
