The University of Nevada, Reno, Office of Digital Learning is recruiting for a Learning Systems Administrator. This position is responsible for the administration, support and maintenance of the university's learning management system (LMS) and any integrations, add-ons or expansions. The position oversees enterprise-level administration of the LMS, ensuring seamless integration with the student information system (SIS) and other university systems, accurate course and user provisioning, and reliable delivery of courses across the institution. The position is also responsible for the administration of the university's video management platform (i.e. Kaltura). This includes performing updates, ensuring accessibility of the video player, and managing the video content lifecycle. The position reports to the Executive Director, Office of Digital Learning (ODL).
Key responsibilities include:
Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree and two years of related work experience, or a master's degree and one year of related work experience. Related experience includes providing computing support in a networked environment, including some experience with a course management system.
Compensation grade is Administrative Faculty B. Salary is competitive and commensurate with related education and experience.
