Overview


As a Transaction Coordinator, youll play a vital role in keeping our client operations running smoothly. By making sure client invoices align with their purchases and keeping our CRM accurate and up to date, you help build a strong foundation for excellent service company?wide. Your attention to detail and proactive approach prevent errors, keep teams aligned, and ensure our clients receive the best possible experience. Collaborating across departments, youre a key part of the behind?the?scenes work that keeps everything running seamlessly!


This position will be onsite at our Reno, NV office.


You will



  • Match incoming receipts with client purchases and service orders.

  • Accurately update the CRM with purchase changes, corrections, or additions.

  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in purchase and payment records.

  • Maintain clean, well?organized internal records according to company procedures.

  • Communicate with team members to clarify order or receipt details.

  • Support administrative tasks related to order processing and data tracking.

  • Assist in maintaining reporting accuracy through timely documentation.

  • Follow structured workflows, meeting timelines and quality standards.

  • Process and balance daily deposits and ensure all client transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled.

  • Input payment and client information into state websites for official filings.

  • Communicate with clients via email and phone regarding transaction statuses and any required information.


You have



  • At least 6 months of experience in administrative support, data entry, or a similar role.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to stay focused on repetitive tasks.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

  • Experience working with a CRM system (preferred).

  • The ability to prioritize, stay organized, and meet daily processing goals.

  • Clear and effective communication skills in a team?focused environment.

  • Adaptable and effective multitasking skills.

  • The ability to work independently while adhering to established guidelines.

  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent (required).


Actual compensation will depend on several factors but the annual average compensation is around $35,360.
