Parts Experience Required, Preferably Motorcycle Experience

We are seeking a Parts Counter Person to assist retail customers in selecting and purchasing Motorcycle Parts & Accessories, order parts, stock inventory, and more. Good communication and telephone manners are necessary.

Responsibilities

• Help retail customers select and purchase Motorcycle Parts and Accessories
• Order and stock parts and accessories into inventory.
• Obtain parts for repair Technicians.
• Answer requests for parts information.
• Develop relationships with customers to encourage repeat sales and referrals.
• Actively reach out to customers via text, email, and calls, paying special attention to new bike buyers and new riders.
• Attractively display merchandise.
• Maintain organized and clean appearance for counters, displays, shelves,
• bins, etc.
• Other duties may be assigned.

• Saturday availability is required.
• Parts experience is required preferably motorcycle experience.
• Good telephone manners and computer skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Cashier/cash handling and data entry experience
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
• Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screening.
