This job supports provider network growth and retention by creating compelling communication campaigns across multiple channels (email, mail, digital newsletters, etc.). Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, etc.) to develop and manage impactful communication materials and presentations, ensuring brand consistency, regulatory compliance, and strategic alignment. This role is crucial for educating and engaging providers nationwide.
