REQUIREMENTS

A Mechanical Engineering associate/patent attorney with patent prosecution experience. This position is ideal for those individuals who have attained a high level of academic and professional achievement and wish to take a partnership OR non-partnership path as they further their careers with a collaborative team in a forward-thinking law firm.

Qualifications include:

1. The candidate must have an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering;


2. Patent drafting, international patent prosecution, and IP due diligence;


3. Interested candidates must be registered to practice before the USPTO;


4. This candidate must have proven law firm experience;


5. Excellent drafting and research skills;


6. A strong academic record.

Additional Experience Desired:

Experience working with medical devices and industrial systems preferred.
