Sugar Bowl Resort is seeking friendly, reliable, and service-driven Village Services Stewards to support our unique snowbound community. This role is ideal for those who enjoy working outdoors, delivering exceptional guest service, and being part of a tight-knit mountain team. As a Village Services Steward, you'll be the go-to support for Sugar Bowl Homeowners. From over-the-snow transportation to property assistance and concierge deliveries, this is a highly visible role that requires professionalism, physical ability, and a strong customer-first mindset.

Sugar Bowl Resort has been proudly independent for over 80 years and is one of the oldest ski resorts in California. Situated atop beautiful Donner Summit, Sugar Bowl has a storied past with ties to Austrian ski culture, Hollywood and Walt Disney. What you will do

• Provide over-the-snow transportation (via snowmobile or Ranger) for Homeowners and guests, including luggage and gear handling.
• Offerexceptional guest services to all Homeowners, ensuring a luxury guest experience.
• Perform snow removal using shovels and snow blowers.
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas throughout the Village.
• Manage trash and recycling transport using over-the-snow vehicles.
• Deliver packages, groceries, and supplies to Homeowner residences.
• Communicate professionally and efficiently with the Village Services and Concierge teams.
• Adhere to safety protocols and resort policies at all times.

Training is provided for all over-the-snow vehicle operation.

Who you are

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working in extreme winter weather conditions
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle time-sensitive requests
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Previous experience operating snowmobiles or utility vehicles is a plus, but not required
• Clear driving record
• Must provide valid USA work authorization , no visa sponsorship available.
