Description
Sugar Bowl Resort is looking for Grooming Senior Operators to build, maintain and repair Sugar Bowl's ski runs. With proper training, operate snow cats to provide a consistent and uncompromising product for our guests. Attention to detail is essential.

Who you are
- Grooming Equipment Operator with at least 3 years experience
- Punctual, energetic, self - motivated individual
- Team player
- Able to work well with and lead a team of operators
- Adhere to employee handbook policies and be a professional example to other employees.
- Able to learn quickly
- Able to work in extreme weather conditions on extreme terrain
- Able to report to work for all scheduled shifts, in all weather conditions.
- Ability to work in a sometimes high stress, fast paced environment
- Must consider courtesy and safety high priorities
- Be willing and able to provide excellent customer service to all people at all times
What you will do
- Perform daily inspections and light servicing of equipment
- Monitor and report condition of equipment daily
- Complete all objectives safely and efficiently
- Successfully groom all runs assigned each night
- Attend all training and safety meetings
- Attend Orientation
- Maintain open communication with shift leader and supervisor
