Reviews and understands studies, plans, specifications, calculations, elevations, documents, and performance assessments associated with the planning, design, construction, operation, and maintenance of the company's generation, transmission, distribution, telecommunication, or other utility facilities/systems. Develops and reviews budgets, cost estimates, pricing schedules and other cost control support for construction and maintenance projects involving generation, substation, telecommunications, transmission, and distribution facilities. Develops, monitors, and analyzes cost engineering trends.
