Position Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated HR Lead to oversee and manage all aspects of our human resources department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR practices, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives that align with our company's goals and values.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
• Manage the recruitment and selection process
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Maintain pay plan and benefits program
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Oversee and manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
• Manage HR budget and allocate resources effectively
• Foster a positive working environment and promote company culture
• Lead HR team and provide mentorship and guidance
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure HR initiatives support overall business objectives

Qualifications

Required:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management roles
• Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HRIS systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in designing and implementing performance review systems
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Preferred:
• Master's degree in Human Resources or related field
• PHR, SPHR, or SHRM certification
• Experience in a similar industry or company size
• Knowledge of data analytics and HR metrics
