Join the team as our next Staff Product Manager on Twilio's Onboarding and Compliance product team. Twilio is growing rapidly and is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Staff Product Manager to join our Trust Hub product team in Onboarding and Compliance. Trust Hub is Twilio's KYC Platform (Know Your Customer), and it is the gateway to accessing all of Twilio's communication APIs. In this role, you will own various Trust Hub products end to end where you will aim to create streamlined and lovable registration experiences while also maintaining best‑in‑class KYC standards.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, communicate, generate excitement for and obtain buy‑in of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Lead cross‑functional teams to drive planning, design, development, and launch of products that execute on the vision.
  • Deeply understand customer needs and collaborate with engineering and UX to translate into product requirements and use stories.
  • Define key metrics to evaluate product performance, constantly analyzing data to inform product decisions and measure success.
  • Manage relationships and expectations with a wide range of cross‑functional stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Conduct regular data‑driven business reviews that analyze product execution and revenue/market accomplishments.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in product management in SaaS, IaaS or PaaS.
  • Proven track record of leading successful product launches and driving product strategies.
  • Command of analytical thinking skills with the ability to use quantitative and qualitative data to make product decisions, get executive buy‑in, and drive towards measurable outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels and present effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong technical, analytical, and UI/UX design understanding and the ability to dive deep while also keeping perspective on the big picture goals.
  • Initiative, ownership, and accountability to decode vague priorities, manage conflicting inputs, and drive initiatives forward against ambiguous and complex challenges.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience building products/services related to APIs, developer experience.

Location

This role will be remote and based in the United States, but is not eligible to be hired in CA, CT, NJ, NY, PA, WA.

Travel

Travel may be required occasionally to participate in project or team in‑person meetings.

Compensation

Based on location, the estimated pay ranges are:

  • Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Vermont or Washington D.C.: $152,500 - $190,600.
  • New York, New Jersey, Washington State, or California (outside of the San Francisco Bay area): $161,500 - $201,800.
  • San Francisco Bay area, California: $179,400 - $224,200.
  • All roles may be eligible to participate in Twilio's equity plan and corporate bonus plan. Benefits include health care insurance, 401(k) retirement account, paid sick time, paid personal time off, and paid parental leave.

The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non‑discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
